Media release - New salad bar gets tick of approval

In recent times, we have all been made aware of the importance of providing our children with a
lunchbox full of healthy, wholesome foods. But what about what we are eating?

A new six-metre long salad bar located in the Post Office Square is ensuring that inner
city workers have access to the ultimate take home healthy eating options.

More and more people are recognising the importance of maintaining a balanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Greenbean is designed to provide busy workers with fresh, healthy and quick take home salad options.

The salad bar provides customers with a choice of 46 salad items and 12 dressings, which when combined produce salads that are up to 100% fat free depending on the choice of ingredients.
Our ingredients include all the basic salad items plus gourmet optional extras such as octopus,
greek meatballs, smoked salmon, feta, vine leaves and a range of chicken including chilli, lemon/herb, and roasted.

We have already received an overwhelmingly positive response from customers who have said that it is often difficult to find a fast healthy take home option and that Greenbean is helping them to achieve their health goals.

Celia said that in addition to the salad bar, Greenbean also has a Greek yoghurt bar, which
includes 13 different yoghurt flavours from The Greek Yoghurt Company.
